For me, holistic wellness is about nourishing not just the body but also the mind and soul. It includes whole-food nutrition, mindfulness, emotional balance, movement, and lifestyle habits that support long-term health and happiness.

I create delicious, whole-food recipes using minimally processed ingredients. Many are plant-focused, low-carb, or inspired by different eating styles, but my main priority is nutrient-dense meals made from whole foods to help you feel your best.

No. Although you’ll find plant-based recipes at Petra’s LifeFuel because I love plant-based meals, I personally include high-quality, responsibly sourced animal products in my diet. My goal is to provide diverse recipes that fit different dietary preferences while prioritizing whole, nutrient-rich foods.

Some do, but I also share gluten-free and dairy-free options. Many recipes can be easily adapted to different dietary needs. I aim to provide modification options in each recipe whenever possible.

Absolutely! In my recipes, I try to provide modification choices, but I encourage you to experiment with ingredients to suit your dietary preferences and what you have available. Feel free to modify recipes, and I’d love to hear what works for you!

Cooking Instructions & Adjustments

Cooking times in my recipes are best estimates to give you a general idea of how long each dish takes from start to finish. Since we all cook at different speeds and use different kitchen setups, please use these times as general guidelines rather than strict rules.

There are many factors that can affect cooking times, including the type of stove or oven, altitude, humidity, and even ingredient size. If you find that something is cooking faster or slower, feel free to adjust as needed.

Yes! I provide recommended temperatures based on my own testing, but all ovens vary slightly. If you know your oven runs hot or cold, you may need to adjust accordingly. Similarly, if you prefer a different cooking method (e.g., air frying instead of baking), feel free to experiment.

Servings are included for orientation purposes only. The right portion size depends on your age, sex, activity level, and specific dietary requirements.
